The Aim of the Project
The general purpose of the project has been determined by the European Community: “Supporting the Employment, Making the Unemployed People Available for the Labor Market”
The particular purpose of the projects which is “Expert Office Staff of Future” is summarized as follows:
Various industries are appeared to be seriously requiring office staff trained by modern methods as a result of examining the unemployment problem in Giresun and Ordu provinces and the requirements of the labor market jointly.
The education concept is so to say formatted to raising “high qualified office staff” for satisfying this requirement. In other words, the participants of the education shall be raised as self confident office personnel who understood the value of information and equipped by the requirements of today’s business world, namely
- Basic law knowledge,
- Foreign trade knowledge
- Basic English knowledge
in addition to the basic discipline of an office staff as “computer training, correspondence techniques, accounting, telephone communication, correspondences”.
The participants so as to say become maturated and ready for the labor market as the result of the 2 months vocational mentorship training following this basic education lasts 4 months.
